All Nations Will Be Blessed

Genesis 12:3 I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

Genesis 18:17 The LORD said, “Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do, 18 seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?

Genesis 22:17 I will surely bless you, and I will surely multiply your offspring as the stars of heaven and as the sand that is on the seashore. And your offspring shall possess the gate of his enemies, 18 and in your offspring shall all the nations of the earth be blessed, because you have obeyed my voice.”

Genesis 26:4 I will multiply your offspring as the stars of heaven and will give to your offspring all these lands. And in your offspring all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, 5 because Abraham obeyed my voice and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.”

Matthew 1:1 The book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.

Galatians 3:16 Now the promises were made to Abraham and to his offspring. It does not say, “And to offsprings,” referring to many, but referring to one, “And to your offspring,” who is Christ.
Covenant is the biblical term for Divine relationship. God has established it as the only way that we can come to Him. But first, He comes to us. He did this even in the case of a man called Abram. He introduced Himself to Abram in Genesis 12 and gives him direction that will change the rest of his life and forever immortalize the name of Abraham. This is a fulfillment of the covenant promises of God in which he guarantees “I will make your name great. (Genesis 12:2)” God changed his name from Abram (meaning “high father”) to Abraham (meaning “Father of a multitude”) before he ever had children. And Abraham believed God.

He continues in promising that “in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed. (Genesis 12:3)” The bible also says that Abraham died not receiving the promise but he saw it through faith. Of course, this prophecy is fulfilled in Jesus Christ. The word says that He is a descendant of Abraham.

It is through Christ that all nations are blessed. He is the Savior and Redeemer of all mankind. He is the Blesser. He is Protector. He is the Provider. It is all in Jesus, and God told Abraham it was coming.
